Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our client, international company in Prague, I am looking for analytical, precise and process oriented person with experience in report development processes.

Job description

• Collect user requirements on reporting and advice on good practices.
• Capture risks and issues related to data sources and business rules as encountered during requirement collection and report specification.
• Consolidate reporting requirements to meaningful reports/dashboards.
• Create formal URS/FS documentation (report specification).
• Create test specification.
• Execute report UAT tests.
• Produce training material and user guides.

Desired profile

• Fluent in English
• University Degree M.Sc. in Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Computing or similar area
• ITIL V3 Foundation certificate mandatory, ITIL V3 Expert desired
• At least 6+ years experience in strategic implementation of ITIL Processes and Tools
• At least 6+ years experience in strategic/operational IT Service Management disciplines
• Several years of major pharmaceutical corporation experience together with a good understanding of processes/methodologies/organization etc. desired.
• Must have/key criteria: very good Knowledge of MS SQL.
• Profound experience in producing technical documentation.
• Profound experience with the BMC ITSM toolset.
• Profound experience with ITSM Reporting.
• Team player in a challenging corporate IT environment.
• Ability to work in an international as well as multicultural environment.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks.
• Ability to deal with variable workload.
• Demonstrable leadership skills within a global matrix organization.
• Strong outcome-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and change management skills.
• Ability to engage with global, multicultural, multifunctional teams.

Other requirements

Fluent in German would be advantage.
