Job description
• Responsible for deliverables of each operational initiative / project assigned like SWOT analysis, Pros&Cons solution comparison, Feasibility study
• Document future operation processes, standard operation procedures, working instructions
• Develops and maintains in-depth understanding of the services offered by Mobility Platform.
• Works closely with Solution Architects, PM, Service Managers and the different operational roles within the Mobility Platform (communications, processes, architects, etc...) as well as IGM and Security
• Works on global projects with stakeholders from different time zones
• Perform analysis for Proofs of Concept aimed to define the Mobility Platform technical roadmap such as new device models, other MDM platforms and different architecture strategies.
• Follows closely the new-trends in the mobile market space.

Desired profile
• 3 years of experience within an enterprise IT environment and 1 years of mobile technology experience.
• Candidates excellent comfort with use of his/her mobile iOS/Android device phone, tablet and with apps, settings and configuration is a strong plus
• Experience with client is an advantage
• The ability to gather requirements and confidently interpret stakeholder’s requirements translating them into technical documentation.
• Confident working as part of a geographically distributed team.
• Excellent wire framing, process mapping and technical writing skills.
• Experience with writing standard operation procedures and working instruction
• Experience with creation educational materials for big user community
• Technical understanding of network concepts, application/mobile/network security, cloud services, Mobile Iron
• Understanding V-Model concept
• Excellent Communication skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Other requirements
- Analytical approach to problem sloving
- German is a plus
