What will your job look like?
- Implement HR guidelines and policies for his/her area of responsibility within the framework of HR principles for source, develop and separate providing consultancy to site/supporting dpt. management
- Delivery of HR Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), Internal Control Systems (ICS), ad hoc analysis and regular or ad hoc reporting
- HR projects responsibility
- Maintain good employee relations and ensure effective communication processes are in place at all levels
- Provide necessary support to sites concerning daily operational topics –i.e. agency staff, shift modes, absence management
- Project Management
- Support change management activities
- Responsible for internal / external audits requirements and fully met
- Ensure weekly / monthly headcount planning, temporary labour management incl.
- In coordinate with internal Payroll / external Legal provide support and guidance on any internal.
HR issues
- Labour Code Consultancy, Discipline management
- Responsible for Best practice sharing within own team, external networking
- Monitor and improve works information forums with staff representatives
- Motivate and develop direct reports to achieve given personal targets and grow within the given career plan, leading 3 people.
- Identify and develop future successor.
What do you need to have to apply for this position?
- University degree
- Minimum 3+ years experience in HR on lead position
- Communication and influencing good written, verbal and negotiation skills,
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills, cost management and process enhancement opportunities, problem solving,
- Management of people (motivational and inspirational leader), MS Office, WMS (user knowledge)
- Fluent czech/slovak and english language
