Senior Embedded Engineer

Our client is producing the controllers for genset and other industrial solutions for more than twenty years. And now the company needs to find a new colleague for its controller unit software team for the position of Senior Embedded Engineer/Programmer who will bring the proactive, positive approach and help it to increase its seniority in many areas of the embedded development.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the effective implementation mainly in C, under Real Time Operating Systems, running on MCU architectures such as ARM Cortex or Renesas.
- Communicating with other controllers or Electronic Control Units via industrial protocols such as CAN or MODBUS.
- Participation on creation in the area of the software architecture, supporting the overall system architecture of company’s’ solutions and last but not least to be a valuable expert team member, mentor and project team leader.
- The senior embedded programmer except for the excellent technological knowledge has to be able to manage and address impressive project challenges which are bigger than e.g. 100MDs.
- Being able to decompose the solution into manageable tasks, to ensure the optimal architectural approach towards the functional, non-functional requirements and also taking into consideration the given team abilities and skills.

Key Requirements
- University Degree preferably in electronics
- 5 years of professional experience in embedded
- Native Czech (an advantage) and communicative English (must)
- Knowledge of C/C++, embedded, real-time operation systems, RTOS, Free-RTOS
- Hands-on personality, project experience, able to see big picture.
