FINANCE PROCESS COORDINATOR

What are your duties?
- Cooperation with our clients and providing the information
- Conduct customer calls as the main point of contact
- Responsible for the correct data in client database
- Support and help customer queries on daily basis
- Develop and maintain good relationships with team members and client
representatives

What do we require?
- Fluent English
- Ability to solve ad-hoc issues
- Proactive interaction with customers
- Great communication and analytical skills, team spirit
- Computer and e-mail skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word
