Sales & Account Representative with Slovak and English Language

We are currently searching for dynamic individuals with high qualitative communication skills to join our growing team in acquiring new and existing clients within Europe. Initial phase is to penetrate the Slovak market and afterwards selected European countries.

CORE FUNCTIONS:
Find potential leads within an assigned territory via the phone for our ITSM (IT Service Management) product line

DETAILS OF FUNCTION:
* Develop the sales pipeline through telephone acquisitions
* Follow-up calls
* Post project feedback calls
* Upselling and cross -selling calls
* At a later stage: Travel will be required for On-site visits

REPORTING:
* Reports directly to the Director of Development and Sales

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must possess a common understanding of an IT /business operations.
* Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
* Must possess excellent Slovak verbal skills and written communication skills. Active Slovak and English skills are necessary.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
* Valid driver’s license
