Job description, responsibilities and duties

Cross-functional Traineeship is a full-time program for fresh graduates. During this period the Trainee will be responsible for his/ her own projects within these functional areas:
- Product Management
- Franchise
- Sales Coordination
- Brand Marketing
- Trade Marketing

The top priority is to provide comprehensive mentoring and foster trainee development.
During the program you will be supported by a mentor, the line manager of the respective department. In compiling it, adidas constantly strives to take your wishes and interests into account and meet your expectations.
Every three months you will change your working department. This rotation offers you the opportunity to get to know the various departments, work in multinational teams, develop special knowledge, and gain a wide network.
One of your assignments during the 12-month period will be abroad, in one of the countries in Market CE East. If your performance during the Traineeship Program will be exceptional, we will be delighted to support you in finding a new challenging entry-level position within adidas Group, Market CE East.

- Essay in English describing your unique learning experience you had on top of your university studies (e.g. part-time job, Erasmus, sports, travel, development courses etc.)

• University graduate with no previous full-time job experience
• Fluency in English AND at least one of the CE East market’s language (SK, CZ, PL, HU, LT, LV, EE)
• Energetic and flexible person able to mobile within the CE EAST countries
• Excellent communication skills and eager to learn and develop
• Ability to bring own solutions and detail-orientation
• Analytical skills combined with a strong drive for results
• Active user of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Exposure: sports, retail and fashion
