REED is seeking an Application specialist for a fast-growing independent Swiss Technology Services Provider that has offices in several countries across the world and one of it’s main development center in the Czech republic. Successful candidates will join a growing team in Brno to work on big-scale projects for an international and reputed Nordic end-client. As Application specialist you will be in charge of:
* support of ERP system on 2nd and 3rd level
* analyzing of incidents and fixing errors
* working with ticketing system and database MS SQL
* describing incidents and documentation of errors
* testing new solutions
