Reed is seeking experienced B2B Technical support professionals with fluent German or Dutch for a renowned international company based in Brno, CZ. Successful candidate will join an international team that solves HW & SW related issues experienced by their business partners and external (B2B) clients. The working hours are comprised between 8am and 5pm and the company offers full training on their solutions specifics.
Your responsibilities:
* Providing Technical support via phone to internal and external clients in Dutch and/ or German for all products
* Escalating incidents to higher levels when necessary and track all tickets in internal system
* Keeping your knowledge up to date regarding new product releases entered in knowledge base
* Providing regular reporting on support cases as required by team leaders and management
