The right candidate will be managing sales activities in Slovak Republic.

As an Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for:

* monitoring the marketplace to identify new opportunities and developing new acquisitions
* implementing monthly promotions through the whole industry of FMCG
* leading and motivating sales team
* personal responsibility for results of sales team, setting up the KPIs
* creating yearly business plan and sales strategy to ensure growth and profitability
* P&L responsibility for the customers and key accounts from FMCG industry
