Senior HR Manager/ HRBP

REED is seeking a senior HR Manager/ HRBP with excellent IT orientation and experience in supporting Regional/ Global teams for an innovative and reputed international SW House.

On this role, you will report directly to the CPO of the company and support their CTO and his Operations spanning across Northern Americas, Europe and Middle East. This role offers the opportunity for a senior HR professional to drive the efficiency and growth of the group’s largest Business Unit on a global remit which currently accounts for more than 50% of their total headcount.

This role can be based either in Prague or Brno and no Czech is needed however only EU citizens or foreigners with valid working permit for CZ will be considered.

Main responsibilities:

* Contribute to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
* Support the group’s CTO and CPO in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy
* Advise on and drive the integration and leaning of newly won businesses during their acquisitions by seeking efficiency gains across the group
* Ensure leadership and company culture is cascaded through the organization on a global basis
* Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan as well as participating in functional and cross-functional initiatives
* Identify and drive the communication and sharing of learning across functions to facilitate continuous improvement

Starting date: Based on agreement
Location: either Prague or Brno
Salary level: Excellent package according to your experience
Seniority: Senior HRBP/ HR Manager/ Director level
