As a Collections Specialist you will:
Manage cash applications and create and monitor reports
Optimize company´s cash flow
Manage customer deductions and discrepancies and matching with appropriate credit notes
Participate in the customer collection process
Manage customer disputes
Engage in process improvement initiatives
Actively participate in training programs

New project is coming to Prague! Are you looking for a new challenge in finance and accounting? Would you like to be a part of new team from the beginning? If you are professional, credible individual with accounting experience in a multi-national organization this opportunity is perfect for you! 

REED is very happy to participate on new project. Our major client is currently extending its business and establishing whole new multilingual business center located in Prague. At this moment REED is looking for candidates with various language skills. If you would like to be a part of brand new team, you would like to take part in transition processes and participate on improving processes this opportunity is waiting for you. 

Currently we are looking for Swedish or Danish speakers to cover Nordic team, German (French) speakers to cover Austria and Switzerland, Dutch (French) speakers to cover Netherlands and Belgium and Spanish speaker for Iberia region.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

Danish - Upper intermediate (B2) or Swedish - Upper intermediate (B2) or Dutch - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2) or Spanish - Upper intermediate (B2) or French - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Requirements:
Bachelors in accounting/finance preferred or related work experience
Experience in similar position from accounting/administration/customer service
Experience from SSC environment is an advantage
Advanced knowledge of Excel, SAP is an advantage
Strong analytic and communication skills
Team player
Advanced English and Swedish, Danish, German, French, Spanish or Dutch
