As a Cash Application Specialist you will be responsible for:
• processing invoices and orders
• to ensure that information are complete
• review accounting documents, identify errors
• to support the invoice processing team
• to receive and respond to all incoming queries via phone or email
• to work closely with customer service team
• to assist and participate in improvement initiatives

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

Requirements:
• Experience in similar role in finance/administration/customer serivce
• Strong customer orientation
• Advanced MS Office - Excel, SAP is a plus
• Working experience in a multinational company is a advantage
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Excellent communication skill and problem solver
• Advanced in English
