Sales Representative - Medical / Ophthalmology

Job description
Account manager and sales representative roles can differ within the healthcare market, in this sense the key roles incorporate the sales and market presence of a representative, with the strong supply chain focus and client relationship management of an Account Manager. Working within the whole Moravia region, this role shall work closely with the distribution line of clients who are in turn selling your eye-care products to the end user.

Strong product knowledge with particular focus on contact lenses and further ophthalmology practise will be key in order to convince new clients of correct practise and to provide perfect customer service to existing clients including technical support, presentation and educational briefings on the benefits of company products. A fresh and dynamic approach to working style and an eagerness to learn from a world leading healthcare organisation are both crucial to this role.

Key responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies according to the strategic plan and regional specifics.
• Regular visits with the clients, specialised doctors and opticians
• Participate on regular congresses and specialised events, presenting Vision Care’s product portfolio
• Build relationship and networking with Key Opinion Leaders and VIPs
• Planning, analyzing, sales territory management
• Accurate reporting of sales results to management
• Professional product launches supervision

Qualifications
• University degree
• Very good English language knowledge
• Native level of Czech/Slovak language
• 2-3 years in sales, preferably in an international company, pharmaceutical/ life science/ optical industry is a plus.
• Excellent selling skills with strong drive to performance
• Advanced computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Driving licence
• Good communicator/ presenter.
• International working or studying experience would be a plus.
