New opportunity for multilingual AP/AR specialists!
New project is coming to Prague! Are you looking for a new challenge in finance and accounting? Would you like to be a part of new project from the beginning? If you are professional, credible individual with accounting experience in a multi-national organization this opportunity is perfect for you!

REED is very happy to participate on new start- up project. Our client is currently extending its business to Europe and establishing whole new multilingual business center located in Prague. At this moment REED is looking experienced AR/AP accountants various seniority. If you would like to be a part of brand new team, you would like to take part in transition processes and participate on improving processes this opportunity is waiting for you.

Description of role: AP Specialist
Posting of invoices in SAP
Cooperation with front office and external branches
Preparing payments
Confirmation of receivables
Regular invoicing
Preparation of Balance Sheet and reconciliations
Taking part in closing activities
Actively participate in training programs
Participation in special projects and improving processes

Description of role: AR Specialist
Manage cash applications and create and monitor reports
Manage customer deductions and discrepancies and matching with appropriate credit notes
Participate in the customer collection process
Manage customer disputes
Engage in process improvement initiatives
Actively participate in training programs

Requirements:
Degree in business administration/accounting/finance preferred
Experience in similar position desirable but not necessary
Experience from SSC environment is an advantage
Advanced knowledge of Excel, SAP is an advantage
Strong analytic and communication skills
Team player
Knowledge of English and French

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1) and French - Upper intermediate (B2)

*Advanced knowledge of French and min. intermediate English
*University degree from related field is advantage
*Work experience in administration/finance/customer service/hospitality/IT helpdesk
*Advanced knowledge of MS Office
