Reed is currently looking for our world-wide known client a suitable candidate on a position of Customer Service Manager. Our client is one of the biggest, most exciting and fastest growing companies in the world. Due to their growth they have career opportunities for ambitious people.
We are looking for customer focused “Customer Service Manager” with proven sales and service experience and leadership skills. The right candidate will help the team to deliver the best results on time.
As a Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for:
* Improving quality, productivity and effectiveness through motivating the team
* Ensuring that all team members progress and meet the customer’s needs every time
* Coaching of the team members on individual basis
* Coordinating performance development plans for individuals
*Ensuring effective performance management
* Recruiting and developing a team of above standard sales professionals
* Reviewing daily and monthly reports with team to ensure all KPI´s being hit
* Providing team update to line manager as necessary
Location: Prague
Start date: asap

* Ability to demonstrate a strong track record in sales management
* Knowledge of inside sales systems is desirable
* Ability to find a solution and deal proactively with work-related problems
* Experience with the use of multiple call models and multiple enquiry channels
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Results driven and team goal oriented individual
* English knowledge is a must
* Knowledge of Czech and Russian is a huge advantage
