As a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for:

• Providing administrative and customer service to clients
• Processing orders received from customers on a daily basis and applying correct pricing
• Receiving and responding to incoming queries via phone or e-mail
• Interacting with customers regarding support issues
• Collaborating with your team to ensure the effective work of the
• Taking ownership of the whole customer experience
• Managing your own business and clients independently

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Dutch - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

To be an ideal candidate for the Customer Service position, you should match these criteria:

• University/high school degree
• Previous experience from administration, customer service, sales support or logistics
• Good knowledge of Excel and Word
• Previous experience with SAP is an advantage
• Strong customer orientation
• Communication and problem-solving skills
• Advanced English skills + Dutch/German
