The role of Field Sales Manager shall encompass the leadership of a small national sales force whilst actively developing business and client relationships within your given region. Leading the small structure of 3 representatives covering the full Slovak market and taking responsibility for reporting of performance to regional management in Prague, the Field Sales Manager will take on a high level of autonomous leadership. Responsibilities you can expect
• Responsibilities include providing leadership, coordination, mentoring and development of regional sales team
• Responsibility for own territory management in terms of sales targets and relationship management
• Perform all management tasks including comprehensive analysis of geographic potential, business review of individual team member's territory as well as entire region, expense reports, and other projects and reports as assigned.
• Oversee accurate reporting through CRM software of sales activity and performance

• 5+ years of successful, professional experience in the healthcare industry
• Leadership experience
• Communication and relationship skills
• Market and local legislation knowledge
• Driving Licence
• English language to business level
