Job description, responsibilities and duties

On this role, you will manage growing HR Services department, indirectly 40 empolyees, including international and national personnel administration, payroll, training , HR IT solution and local personalists for all CZ sites. You will be a member of CZ Top Management and will act as HR Leader and for all 3 Czech locations.

On this role, you’ll be responsible for:
• Leader of growing HR Services CZ department (approximately 40 employees) including international and national personnel administration, payroll, training administration and HR IT solutions
• Ensure the implementation of the HR Strategy and participate actively in all the required initiatives
• Responsible for all transition HR projects from other client´s locations to HR Services CZ
• Responsibility for innovations and process management of entrusted processes (descriptions, maps, matrixes, KPIs)
• Responsibility for quality area in connection with entrusted processes (compliance, quality and security issues) and supporting audits (action plan for all findings, actions delivered and completed)
• Initiate, drive and support employee and organizational development and change management
• Responsibility for entrusted budget, costs and savings
• Responsibility for people motivation and development (succession planning, development plans, talent management, etc.)
• Responsibility for customer satisfaction and its measuring (regular communication, continuous improvement, etc.)
• External promotion of the company (conferences, schools and universities, forums, etc.)

Our client is an international automotive company with aprox. 1500 employees in CZ, 3 business units.
This position is part of Client´s Shared Service Centre that in very short time has undergone rapid development and at this point service branches of more than 20 countries through its more than 280 employees. The service centre is headquartered in location aprox. 1 hrs of drive from Brno, but more than 50 employees work at the company's office in Brno. In these two places are provided service in the areas of accounting and finance, information technology, material processing of data services in the field of human resources, purchasing, research and development, project management and other services supporting the main activities of the service centre.

Personality requirements and skills

• 7 years of experience in HR managing role in international environment, experience in HR shared services is a plus
• Superior leadership skills and written and verbal communication skills to effectively address all levels, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team
• Fluent English, German is advantage
• A commitment to the development of the Department Managers, including Coaching and Mentoring
• Achievement orientation, customer focus, strong cost and budget awareness, organizational effectiveness, people development, strategic thinking, negotiation skills
• Empathy, analytical thinking, flexibility
