IT Compliance Program Lead (Brno)

REED is seeking an IT Compliance Program Lead for an international team responsible for compliance, cyber security programs as well as for IT audits.

On this position you will be responsible for:
Leading assigned Cyber Security Programs
Requirements gathering, solution design and its implementation
Partnering with business compliance leaders and managers to ensure compliance with internal
Policies and Standards
Support solution creating and timely remediation of audit Findings
Generate program analytics and communications that support a common understanding compliance risks and required actions to remediate

Requirements:
At least 3 years of IT audit and compliance experience
Experience with SW vulnerability assessment of websites and appliactions
Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills
Overview in Web technologies – awareness of vulnerabilities and remediation processess
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Fluent English (daily use)
