Reed is currently looking on behalf of our client (international company with regional headquarters in Prague) for a suitable candidate for the position of an Administrative/Office Assistant. If you have good French language skills, you have also at least intermediate knowledge of English and you have good communcation and organizational skills, this is perfect opportunity for you!

As an Office Assistant you will be responsible for:

· Administrative support of senior managers
· Preparation of meetings, business trips and travel itineraries
· Establishing and maintaining excellent communication with clients and
service providers
· Coordination of events
· Preparing presentations ,
· General administration tasks
