Job description, responsibilities and duties

REED is seeking an experienced assistant to one of our top clients in Brno.

Are you confident and assertive? (Sometimes you will be the one who will have to push the management to do certain tasks because you are the one who knows best.)
Are you organized and able to anticipate things? (You will have to know what has happened, what is happening and predict what might happen and prepare yourself and the Director for this.)
Are you comportable speaking English on a daily basis? (The environment is international.)
Are you ok with an occasional dog in the office? (Dog friendly office :))

You will be the most important person to the Director, the indispensible one. That does not mean you will work 24/7. Sometimes you may work longer hours, on other occasions you will go home early or be able to work from home.

Here is a summary of the responsibilities:
* Supporting Managing Director’s agenda with various tasks, working together with her as one team.
* Being responsible for communication of assigned tasks towards the top management members; tracking and ensuring their timely delivery.
* Organizing calendar and meetings according to understanding of MD’s priorities
creating and maintaining presentations, reports, meeting minutes, confidential files, spreadsheets and other necessary documents.
* Managing and maintaining executives’ schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
* Dealing with ad-hoc tasks as they come in.

* Previous work experience in a similar position (required)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Czech/Slovak (required)
* Capability of managing activities and tasks independently and without a day-to-day supervision
* Pro-active and able to anticipate issues, very good organisational skills, detail-oriented and basic knowledge of business/legal background
* Analytical and organisational skills, proactivity, confidentiality
* Computer literate: MS Office, Google apps
