Job description, responsibilities and duties
As an Application support specialist you will:
• Be responsible for deployment and 2nd level support of unique applications, SW and services in global financial environment
• Provide manual and automated deployment of software releases
• Analyse and solve incidents and fix errors
• Be based on Windows platform, working with SQL language, Windows servers, networks – TCP/IP, scripting in PowerShell
• Participate on training (news and changes in SW)
• Participate on improving availability, capacity and performance of SW applications
• Be part of ITIL environment

• Background on Windows platform (servers, databases, scripting) and networks (TCP/IP)
• Experience with ITIL processes
• Fluent English
• Independency, good communication skills, ability to cooperate with virtual teams
