The organisation is an industry leader in the Business Execution Software field. They operate in over 168 countries with over 3,500 customers. The business supplies cloud applications to companies to assist in business strategy, particularly in relation to analysis, planning and HR applications.
Your main responsibilities as a technical support engineer will be the following:
- To assist German and English speaking customers with any incidents they're
experiencing and to propose resolutions in a timely fashion.
- Troubleshoot complex problems.
- Liaise with product management to identify and report bugs.
- Act as a liaison between Product Management and Engineering teams.

- Three years experience in first line support (application and cloud support preferred)
- To speak English fluently
- To speak German fluently
- To have the right to work in Ireland
- A Bachelor’s degree in any subject
