Due to our continuous expansion in Prague, we are currently searching for a Engineering Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Engineering team. Reed has specialized recruitment division as accounting &finance, sales & marketing, information technology, engineering, procurement & supply chain, HR & executive support, multilingual shared services.

If you are someone with a proactive and positive attitude, you have spent already couple of years in Engineering recruitment then this is a very good chance to join our Reed team!

For the right person this is honestly an excellent opportunity!
* managing recruitment process between client and candidate (interviews,
presentation of candidates,
moderating feedback, closing the process)
* business partnership with a well-established portfolio of local and international
companies
* sourcing candidates for senior positions
* participation on business development of engineering segment with
cooperation with management
* participation in expansion of our services on the Czech market, active
participation on HR workshops and other events
* cooperating in cross-selling with other divisions in Reed
* cooperation with international branches in Reed on international projects
