Responsibilities
Accounts Payable Specialist handles invoices and enters them into the system, ensures timely payment and communicates every day via e-mail (or telephone) in Hungarian with suppliers. The main responsibility is solving queries and requests regarding the payment of problematic invoices. Creating reports.

Location: Brno
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 13:30 to 21:30
Starting date: Immediately / negotiable

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Hungarian - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

We are looking for:
• Fluency in Hungarian language (mainly via e-mails, sometimes calls)
• Communicative in English and Czech/Slovak language
• College degree (Finance/Accounting) or work experience in Finance is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Excel is an advantage
• SAP/Oracle experience will be an advantage
• Be organized / systematic / and ready to perform kind of a routine work
• Friendly approach, team spirit and proactivity
