• Call center activities meaning constant cold phone call acquisitions of new customers, which are followed by professional Sales Representatives’ and Project Engineers’ visit to the meetings you will prearrange with these customers. Please note that this is a special Push Sales method, which is very similar to the acquisition of new end consumers model, but in the B2B Segment (Business to Business = Business Customers). It is offered within an innovative and proven “One Stop Shop” business model with high-value cutting-edge products and services that provide our customers with undisputed advantages, as confirmed by numerous customers.
• Phone and E-mail communication with customers, partners and co-workers.
• Sales promotion.
• Administrative office and sales back-office activities, e.g. creation of offers and calculations, appointments, tasks and documentation management (also in the CRM System).
• Other office activities according to the superior’s instructions."

• Fluent knowledge of the Czech language.
• Good knowledge of the English language for communication within the REFLECTA Group.
• Completion of at least middle school or gymnasium.
• Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet, E-Mail).
• Pleasure in giving counseling sessions to customers and co-workers, skilful communication.
• Submission of suggestions and proposals, team sharing of good practices.
• Teamwork, positive attitude toward work, processes, products, partners and co-workers.
• Openness to further training and education.
• B-class driving license.
• We will favor candidates with a strong desire for success in B2B Push Sales (cold acquisition of customers)."
