As CEO you are representing the company in all respects. Amongst others you will be responsible for the implementation of its business strategy and especially the development of its business fields. You will also be responsible for the development of the communication of the company's targets as well as the making sure of reaching those including managing the related risks.
With regard to operational tasks your task will comprise:
After excellently finishing your university studies (economics or industrial engineering) you have been gathering extensive experience including people management in the industry (10 years and more). Your trade mark is continuity in your career and a straight-lined track record of course including proven success. Ideally your experience is in the field of sales, marketing and logistics and you also have experience in dealing with committees (also political), working groups and associations. You are convincing by being a down-to-earth person with entrepreneurial abilities who is acting pragmatically. Flexibility and intercultural experience as well as excellent Czech and English language skills in speaking and writing are completing your profile.
We want to address persons of integrity for this holistic management task with the mission "Global Care".

Our client is the affiliate of a well-known big group in the field of electrical engineering / electronics. They´ve implemented a sustainable system for the returning of used products, thus complying with their ethical and legal requirements as producer of those goods. The business objective is to optimize the logistics for collecting those used products and to professionally dispose of them in order to protect the environment and natural resources.
