Your tasks:

As the Group’s in-house management and strategy consultancy, RWE Consulting acts as an advisor to RWE’s senior management. As an ambitious and highly skilled individual you will take on responsibility for consulting projects. Developing strategies, analysing current business processes and energy industry topics will be core elements of your work. Being part of an international team, you will steer project teams, advise decision makers and simultaneously reinforce your network within the RWE Group.

• Develop and implement strategies and business cases
• Facilitate workshops
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members
• Steer project modules and work streams in alignment with clients
• Present project results to decision makers within the RWE Group

Your profile:

• Educated to degree level in a numerate subject (e.g. business administration, engineering, natural sciences or similar)
• Considerable professional experience working in a management or strategy consulting role
• Project management and project leadership experience
• Ideally experience in working in multi-cultural teams
• Fluency in English and Czech; German language skills would be beneficial
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel
