Job description, responsibilities and duties
A Global Finance Shared Services Organization was launched in 2009 when all Finance Shared Services were moved under the umbrella of the Global Finance Infrastructure. The Global Finance Shared Services Environment allows SAP to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness as well as quality of the finance processes while delivering global end-to-end process standards.
The Order-to-Invoice is part of the SAP Global Finance Shared Services and its function is to support Consulting Billing, Education Billing and Customer-to-Cash.
This role is responsible for executing Consulting Billing.
Daily taks:
• Sales order creation, maintenace and closing, upon request from local colleagues (PM).
• Verification, reposting and approval of consulting activities
• Invoicing, issuing cancellations and credit notes
• Processing invoices and timesheets from suppliers
• Support the hotline (incoming calls)
• Weekly and monthly internal monitoring and reporting
• Preparation and period closing activities
• Close cooperation and communication with external and internal customers and SAP subsidiaries
