Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
The HR Associate plays a key role in providing support for the entire Human Resources department and other cross functional teams across the whole organization. The role is within the HR Operations, Cloud Services team and will participate in supporting and providing services for SAP’s internal HR cloud solution which houses solutions related to Talent Management, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Employment Data, Learning and much more.
As the role is in a global shared service environment, the candidate must be at ease working across cultures.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
• Provide high level of customer service to organization for our internal HR Cloud system
• Complete specific tasks assigned for supporting performance review/calibration processes on a global basis
• Support training and enablement activities on how to use internal solution
• Ensure data quality for processes owned and follow up in case a gap is identified
• Support end-user tickets submitted by receiving, responding, and closing all queries received once completed
• Partner closely with various team members to ensure service level agreements are met and a high level of customer service is provided
• Ability to maintain an QA score of 95%, meet 100% SLAs, and follow proper processes and policies
• Drive for Improvement & Innovation
• Work on other HR tasks/initiatives as required

• Preferably 2-3 years experienced employees specializing in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition/HRIS/Data Management/HR Reporting and Analytics or equivalent.
• Help Desk experience is a plus; but not required
