The Talent Delivery Consultant is responsible for delivering engaging learning experiences across the entire SAP population, together with measuring the impact of the programs to ensure Continuous Improvement.
- Deliver training to newly hired employees/new managers for a range of topics including on-boarding and Integrated Talent Management/Career Development
- Relationship management with stakeholders
- Update and maintain training materials and programs
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and proactively offer solutions and recommend changes.
- Reporting and continuous measurement of impact
- End to end process management
- Deliver learning experiences that enable employees to excel

- Very customer-focused orientation
