Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Effectively communicating and resolving Manager, third party vendor, and external worker escalations forwarded by EWFC Associate Consultants.
• Closely cooperating with other orgs (e.g. legal) to resolve issues that require third level support.
• Executing and enhancing higher complexity processes supported by the EWFC organization.
• Partnering with the other HR Service Center teams to promote alignment.
• Auditing and updating the Knowledge Base, and supporting knowledge transfer to EWFC Assoc. Consultants.
• Designing and auditing inquiry and data handling processes.
• Supporting Reporting requirements.
• Supporting projects as assigned.

Inquiry Support
Investigates second level issues that are outside the scope of the knowledge base and resolve directly with manager, third party vendors, and external workers in accordance with Service Level Agreements.

Solution Management
Support Portal page/content and EWFC KB enhancements. Partner w/ other key partners (Legal, GPO, etc) to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure that external workforce processes are globally compliant.

Partnering
Support more complex EWFC processes. Support or lead projects as assigned.

Confidentiality
Follow guidelines and policies in managing confidential data.
