Job description, responsibilities and duties

SAP Globalization services develop and maintain localization of HCM module for many countries across the world. The team located in Brno seeks for developers to extend existing teams that focus on CEE countries and Nordics.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
• Design, develop, test and deploy leading edge HCM business applications
• Build up and expand business knowledge within and beyond HCM
• Rapid prototyping to analyze complex requirements and design alternatives
• Write automated tests for quality assurance
• Be open and motivated for different working models such as Scrum and Agile Development and Design Thinking
• Enthusiastic to face challenges coming from dynamic legal environment in multiple European countries in parallel
• Collaborate closely with other development teams, product architects, frontend developers, QA experts and domain experts
