About the role:
Local HR Services provides services where unique country support is required while we continue to deliver consistent and standardized services aligned with global initiatives. By combining local labor knowledge and deep process understanding, we are supporting an efficient and compliant HR service delivery.

EMEA Local HR Services is responsible for resolving employee requests, consulting employees and carrying out operational HR administration across the whole employee life cycle (parts of onboarding, contractual changes and termination process). Local HR Services Associate cooperates closely with all other teams within HR. Services in scope are delivered onsite or remotely within EMEA region. This position is based in BSCE/ Prague as part of the HR Shared Service Center and is assigned to support services in Czech Republic.

Expectations and Tasks:
• Local HR operations support and administration
• Contact with benefits providers
• Creation of purchase orders to ensure delivery of benefits
• Update corporate portal pages
• Preparation of documents for new hires
• Administration of work contracts, addenda and agreements
• Administration of leavers / foreigners
• Distribution of meal vouchers
• Scanning of contracts to optical archive

Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Work experience:
• 1 year of work experience in HR is preferred
• Customer service experience

Education and Qualification:
• Student at University (preferably humanities, economics)
• Good command of English; both written and verbal
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• Customer oriented
• Quality driven, analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Flexible / adaptable
• Accuracy / attention to detail
• Work well on own initiative and independently without supervision, must be self-driven and motivated
• Ability to work with confidential information
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
