Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Due to the further expansion of the production site in the Czech Republic there is the position of a Launch and Maintenance Manager (Mechatronics engineer) - údržba, mechatronika - to fill.
- As Launch and Maintenance Manager you have a share of responsibility for the further expansion and maintenance of the production site mainly in Czech Republic, and partially also in Germany and Poland - výroba, produkce.
- Conception of production facilities and participation in procurement
- Commissioning and acceptance of devices and machines
- Maintenance and optimization of existing machines and devices
- Coordination of building maintenance
- You use your technical competence to guarantee a successful production.
- Reporting

The traditional company operates several branches and production sites worldwide. For the further expansion of the new production site in the Czech Republic as well as for a production site in Germany the position of a Launch- and Maintenance Manager (Mechatronics) is to fill.

- Excellent command of Czech (on a native level) and preferably good command of English and/or German language, both spoken and written.
- Several years of successful experience in a comparable position, preferably in launch or maintenance management, preferably within an international company.
- Technical university degree preferred (or similar technical education).
- Several years of experience with:
o PLC software, preferably Siemens S5 and S7
o Robot programming and image processing, preferably Fanuc
o Parameterization of servo controllers / frequency inverters (Rexroth, SEW)
- Knowledge of Eplan P8
- High level of resilience and self-initiative
- Flexibility
- You are a strong personality, someone who is convincing, can rely on his own technical competence and know how to assert yourself.
- You are competent, proactive and focused in your actions and approach, your conduct is confident and friendly.
- Travelling (max. up to 25 %)
- Several years of successful experience in a comparable position, preferably in launch or maintenance management, preferably within an international company.
- Technical university degree preferred (or similar technical education).
- Several years of experience with:
