Cost Controll Financial Analyst

On a monthly basis
* Preparation of monthly reporting files and communication of the results to the different business partners
As business support:
* Responsible for the P&L impact: follow up of the monthly accruals, invoices and costs transfer according to Schneider rules
* Analysis of costs, by nature vs. budget and explanation of the gaps
* Preparation of the forecast for the coming months in collaboration with the business manager
* Responsible for reflecting the organizational changes in the financial structure of each department
* Provide ad hoc analysis on request

On a quarterly basis
* Support business managers and finance team for the Steering Committee as well as Rolling Forecast process and business Review

Once a year
* Work with the other financial controllers to set up the budget for next year

Team work
* Work with the other analysts on the different department to build a consolidated view of PEC performance on structure costs
* Harmonize and continuously improve the cost control processes and reporting files
* Be a force of proposition and challenge, especially in the relationships with the business
