Job description, responsibilities and duties
The purpose of the role is to support customer inquiries regarding product issues using a telephone "hotline" function. Acts as the first line contact for internal and external customers in responding to and acknowledging technical and non-technical issues .
Maintains log of incoming calls.
Escalates technical questions regarding company products to Customer Support Engineering.
Identifies the customer requirement, entitlement level and severity then documents the case in the CRM application.

Personality requirements and skills
1 year of experience with handling inbound telephone calls and emails in a technical call center or help desk environment - advantage
Very good organizational skills
Strong business communication skills
Conflict management/resolution skills
MS Office (Access, Excel, Outlook, Word) – advanced
Very good English and/or German language skills (both spoken and written)
