Head of Logistics (m/f)

Your responsibilities

  • You assign responsible for the whole supply chain, from the supplier network to the production to our
  • customers, and safeguard herewith the optimal material flow
  • You support as the main partner to our trading department the smooth execution of every transaction
  • You lead a young and well-trained (logistics and business administration) team
  • You coordinate the regional logistic teams within the Scholz Group
  • You lead international projects from end-to-end applying proven tools and methods and assign responsible
  • for the successful implementation
  • You report directly to the COO of the Scholz Holding

Your profile

  • You have work experience in the areas of transport as well as production logistics, supply chain management
  • and lean management
  • You have lead global projects and realized sustainable effects
  • You have worked for international companies and are not afraid of new challenges
  • You hold a university degree in business administration, logistics or similar; Executive education is a plus
  • (MBA, Executive MBA, Ph.D.)
  • You are fluent in English (both written and spoken), German is an advantage
  • You are a respected leader and lead your team as a team player
  • You are flexible, willing to travel, resilient, reliable, characterized as strong persuasive personality and enjoy
  • with your work duties
