Construction Quality Coordinator

Coordination of all QC (quality control) site activities during the erection stages up to the handover of the systems to commissioning, such as:

Before the erection start:
1. To check all the documentation needed for the work execution such as:
• Fc design and documentation for erection;
• ITPs (inspection and test plan);
• Technological procedures;
• Any documents needed for the work permit approval;
• Third party documentation, if any;
• Safety documentation, if any;
• To inspect together with the contractor/supplier the working place conditions.

2. During the erection stage:
• To supervise and inspect the ongoing activities to be sure the contractor/supplier is working in accordance with the above listed documentation;
• To check if all the site documentation is present on the working place;
• To notify to the contractor quality “findings” during the work execution;
• To issue a Non Conformity report once detected;
• To follow up the status of NCR;
• To assist to the site inspection in accordance with the ITPs;
• To be part of the inspection with the client presence;
• To verify, sign and collect all the documentation after the inspection;
• To deal with the quality documentation management department;
• To check the process of “as built" documentation;
• To cooperate with the turn over management department to provide support for the turn over process and Construction Manager to support the closing of open items of documental process related to the punch list.
