Job description, responsibilities and duties

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing of project relevant part coordination
• Responsibility for project relevant part coordination in the frame of competences defined by Project Manager, by others departments in SE, a.s. , suppliers and Contract Management department

General Tasks:
• To support ENG/COS Managers in managing the disciplines activities in compliance with the accepted MO34 completion rules, with the approved contract and technical documentation and following the guidelines
• To coordinate and manage interface between different CTF (Cable Task Force) ENG/COS department
• To coordinate and manage interface between CTF ENG/STO/SE ENG departments
• To elaborate for S PM the background information given by each department of CTF
• To control all activities related to CTF Engineering performance and reporting functions
• To support all activities related to collaboration with Contract Management Department, NI Planning and Planning and Reporting Department
• To be responsible for coordination of project relevant part with Engineering, Commissioning and Site Management

Requirements for the employee

Required education

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence


Personality requirements and skills

• Qualification – University degree – Electrical Engineering;
• Experience – minimum 7 years of working experience in a similar position, preferably within a large scale power generation construction / refurbishment and maintenance projects;
• Other qualifications – good level of written and spoken English language, computer literacy.
• Good communication skills, leadership and decision making capabilities;
• Problem solving attitude;
• Independence with team work capabilities;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience and good knowledge are mandatory in the following areas: Electrical components design; grounding testing equipment; digital and analogical measuring and control instruments; HV switchboard; AC/DC auxiliary control circuits; power distribution network; electrical safety equipment; single line designs; wiring designs; cable route layout design
