Senior Project Planner/Plánovač projektu - senior

We are looking for a skilled and experienced employee for the position of Senior Project Planner, responsible for planning, scheduling, project progress control, reporting and schedule monitoring in the construction of nuclear power plant in Mochovce.

General tasks:
- Development of the planning activities for the project phases, in full integration (also as concerns software compatibility/consistency of the adopted scheduling tools) with the overall EPC project Schedule
- Detailed scheduling and monitoring of activities (i.e. by discipline/trade, by plant area, by subcontractor/vendor, with identification of schedule interfaces between different subcontractors/vendors working in same area)
- Production, management and collection of detail progress report sheets
- Planning and control of turnover schedules (by plant process systems) from construction to commissioning
- Critical path analysis
- Release approval to expenses with budget coverage
- Productivity trending analysis
- Production of manpower histograms (i.e. by discipline/trade, plant area, subcontractor/vendor)
- Review of actual/forecast dates vs target baseline, with identification/suggestion of possible recovery actions and/or mitigations and/or accelerations
- Monthly/weekly reporting preparation
- Review and/or comment of the detailed scheduling and of progress reporting submitted by subcontractors and/or vendors
- Support the team as to any work schedule modification to be agreed upon with subcontractors/vendors
- In connection to the above, ensuring proper traceability/filing of any periodical scheduling and/or of progress reporting (either produced by contractor/employer or submitted by subcontractors/vendors), so as to achieve adequate support to any claim evaluation and/or dispute resolution process vs subcontractors/vendors
