Job description, responsibilities and duties

Job activities related to HR ADMINISTRATION:
1. administrative activities related to new hirings, organizational changes, payroll
2. giving support to senior colleagues within all HR related areas
3. communication with local authorities, submitting relevant documents
4. all kind of administrative services for employees
5. support for regular and ad hoc reports, all kind of daily paperwork, documents archiving
6. participation in all internal HR projects or process changes

Job activities related to RECRUITMENT:
1. administrative and organizational support for managers and candidates in process of hiring;
2. updating the database of candidates and their profiles, tracking the life-cycle of candidates
3. active search for candidates through identified channels, communication with candidates and managers on daily basis

Active English language is a must because of almost 90 % of daily communication is in English.
