Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Providing all necessary support for General Manager in day-to-day issues
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management,
• Dealing with documentation flow, incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of GM
• Dealing with personal calendar (organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments)
• Carrying out background research and presenting findings
• Booking and arranging business travels
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations when required
• Providing support to Sales Department
