Job description, responsibilities and duties
JOB PURPOSE
Develop and maintain costing and pricing catalogue and tool for End User Computing (EUC) services. Ensure consistency of EUC services pricing across Geographical regions (Geos) and Customer. Support Geos in Pricing Strategy and Costing assumptions for customer opportunities. Manage EUC revenue forecasting / review process (on behalf of the VP Business Line)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. EUC Price model and price/quotation tool in line with Market demand
2. Costing Tool reflecting actual cost model
3. Pricing intelligence Competitiveness analysis
4. EUC Portfolio Profitability in line with market
5. EUC Market share increase and revenue increase
Responsibilities
• Define new services Pricing structure & levels (in cooperation with Product Management)
• Manage maintenance and evolution of Costing and Quotation tool • Provide training and support to the pre-sales team
• Provide support to Sales and Presales resources in definition EUC Pricing strategy for Customers through bid and BAB process
• Provide support to VP Cloud and EUC Business Line, in EUC Revenue forecasting, and target setting to Geos.
• Pricing competitive intelligence
• Integrate new pricing schemes / new service feature in quotation took and billing chain
• Collect pricing information and feedback from the Regional Pricing Managers
• Prepare proper communication support and training to Sales, Pre-sales and Regional Pricing Managers for new product pricing & NetPricing releases
