Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a Sales Operations Senior Analyst - Sales Compensation to join our team in Prague office.

Purpose
The Sales Operations Senior Analyst / Sales Incentive Program Coordinator is responsible for the precise and timely execution of the SITA Sales Reward policy for SITA globally. He/she will process and monitor all rewards to the sales staff worldwide and support the Sales Operations Team on any sales reward and effectiveness related tasks and activities.

Key responsibilities
• Carry out actions assigned by management to ensure integrity and auditability of sales reward operations.
• Manage the operations of the sales compensation plans and ensure the calculation, validation and timely payment of commissions and bonuses.
• Ensure the calculation, validation and timely payment of special incentives
• Report sales attainment for Sales President’s Club reporting
• Monitor the sales process for Sales Rewards compliance and track actual spend
• Report and analyze sales effectiveness and identify trends
• Support the implementation, compliance and evolution of the Sales Reward policy in line with the business requirements.
• Operate, monitor and address improvements of the Sales I incentive Plan online tool
• Work in a very close collaboration with the GEO Sales teams, GEO Sales Operations, HR, Finance & Contract Validation Office.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Education and Professional Qualifications
• Academic Qualification (Business Degree preferred).

Experience
• Finance or Sales Operations background
• Experience on analytical position
• Experience with rewards and compensation is a plus
• Process, System management, administration and accuracy
• Understanding of the complexities of the Sales/Finance/HR process and environment, including experience of the sales functions and behaviors.
• Established change management experience

Knowledge and Skills
• Sales Reward Plans
• Ability to (re) design models, processes and procedures
• Excellent excel, database and analytics skills
• Dynamic, pro-active
• Able to build collaborative working relationships
• Very good English required
