Job description, responsibilities and duties
SITA’s End-User Computing provides agility, accessibility and continuity – anytime, anywhere. It provides an array of technologies and services targeting end-users across the air transport industry (ATI).

Purpose
Support the Product Management team (End-User Computing products - EUC) in achieving the strategic, financial and customer satisfaction objectives for the given portfolio of products. This role will develop specialist knowledge of a defined product and act as a product liaison between industry experts, customers, product managers, service management and various departments to ensure the product remains attractive to market.
Key responsibilities
• As a product specialist, provide consulting services to customers to assist them to cope with the process, business or technical transformations resulting from the implementation of the product
• Undertake market analysis thanks to a strong network within the industry (working group, relationship with peers in the industry...)
• Bring expertise with regards to the product roadmap over its lifecycle (upgrade requirements...)
• Prepare technical recommendations end to end
• Drive specific projects (End of Life, migration, upgrade, project delivery...)
• Contribute to training collateral for customers, solution designers and delivery teams
• Support customers in product migration and/or upgrade activities
Sales/Channel Support:
• Support bid management processes and pre-sales customer interactions
• Support internal sales team and other channels to market as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Product/Portfolio Innovation/Definition:
• Contribute to functional requirements preparation as a SME
• Support Product Managers throughout the build/launch process to ensure delivery of the right product to market

Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)

• Degree level or equivalent in a technical, business or marketing discipline
Experience
• 3 to 4 years relevant business experience (preferably with product management) in an international company
• Experience with Hardware vendors (HP, Lenovo, Dell, etc…)
• Experience with EUC business (Wipro, Getronix, Fujitsu, HP, IBM)
• Experience with EUC pre-sales activities or project delivery
Knowledge and Skills
• Knowledge of the IT industry
• Understanding of market requirements and functional specifications
• Understanding of Product Management, Stage Gate or other product development methodology
• Able to operate within virtual teams
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft SCCM, WSUS, AD, Office 365, Nexthink, Anti-virus, end point security, also Application packaging, Gold Image, MSI…
• Proficient with Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Very good English language
• Knowledge of ATI industry (Air Transport Industry) will be a big plus
• SITA Portfolio understanding will be a big plus
