Email Marketing Specialist

Smart Media Star is looking for a motivated email marketing specialist to develop and execute email marketing campaigns as part of the digital marketing strategy in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate should have hands-on experience in managing emails campaigns, understanding the customer journey process while being focused on increasing email marketing KPIs.

Responsibilities:
- Manage, build and send various emails (welcome, re-engagement, digest, newsletter, lead nurturing, sales and others)
- Optimize email marketing performance and delivery
- Build segmented lists based on behavior
- Handle reporting and documentation of email campaigns
- Communicate with providers of email marketing services
- Grow the subscriber database by testing different layouts, creatives and texts
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, PR)
