Senior Network Engineer

- We are looking for people, who will join our growing team, operating in the area of Network LAN support.
- Network engineers are responsible for network management for our client. The service consists of delivering 2nd and 3rd line support management in network infrastructure based on notification of an incident not solved by first line incident management.
- The engineer takes complete ownership of this incident until full recovery of the service level.
Main responsibilities are:
Manage and implement complex NW changes as part of a project implementation or execute NW normal, non-standard and routine changes (LAN, WAN and Security)
Perform various NW migrations or new device implementations (SW, Routers, LoadBalancers, Firewalls, VPN devices, ...)
From a technical perspective you will work with TCP/IP, Security, LAN, WAN – devices and technologies
Execute changes or fix incidents according to SLA targets
Coordinate rollout of new tools and new versions
Ensure Process are followed according to standard
Help document tools and processes
Deliver technical support for existing solutions
