Job description, responsibilities and duties
Solargis helps the solar industry reduce project risk and optimize performance of solar power plants. Our products are great. The market potential is huge. We are looking for more talented individuals who will help us grow faster than the pace at which we are growing today.
How you can help us and our customers:
Help prospective customers understand whether our solutions can address their problems
Provide recommendations and support to our customer base
Build long lasting customer relationships
Effectively demonstrate how our solutions are better than competitor products/services
Provide after sales customer support. This would very often involve liaising with technical and consultancy teams to solve customer’s problems
Help the product development team to improve our product portfolio by regularly collecting customer feedback, monitoring competitor and market trends. Where relevant also contribute with technical skills towards development of new products
